After years of promoting good health to patients and clients in their separate areas of expertise, Jennifer and Jose wanted to unify their passions all under one single roof.

They built a safe, welcoming, family training facility not only for their daughters to build strength and confidence while staying active but for their community as well.

Jennifer is a fitness professional with a Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies.  She is a practicing certified physician associate with over a decade of experience in orthopedic and plastic and reconstructive surgery. Her education, background and expertise in the medical field brings more value to our members for an elite training experience.  She has also competed as a bodybuilder, powerlifter, and marathon runner that holds the blue belt rank in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and has competed across the United States.

Jose is a 4th degree black belt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. Training for over two decades and holding the black belt title for over 15 years.  His passion for working with kids and adults of all ages allows for a training experience to reach your goals, whether it be a  healthier lifestyle,  physical strength or a stable mentality.  Jose grew up in Brazil and owned his training facility, instructing prior to moving to the United States.  He is also an certified referee and has worked as an Brazilian Jiu Jitsu referee since 2009. 

Jose is a IBJJF Pan American Gi champion, IBJJF Pan American No Gi champion, IBJJF American Nationals No Gi champion, plus many more titles.
